IceBreakerz was operated by Eased Software (Pty) Ltd under South African law, subject to mandatory Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial consumer protections.

Accounts and rooms were subject to lawful use, content, security, drinking-age, payment, cancellation, refund, app-store, availability, and liability terms published with this version.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions had to be cancelled in the applicable store. Account deletion did not cancel store billing.

Archived Canadian privacy notice

The notice covered account identifiers, date of birth and drinking region, room activity, progression, purchases, device and security data, optional analytics, advertising, providers, international processing, retention, security, and privacy requests.

Eased Software did not sell personal information. Canadian and applicable provincial access, correction, deletion, complaint, and consent rights remained available through support@easedsoftware.com.

Archived Canadian refund terms

A voluntary 14-day refund request window supplemented mandatory remedies for defective, unavailable, duplicated, unauthorised, misleading, or incorrectly supplied purchases.

Cancellation stopped future subscription renewal but did not itself refund a charge. App-store purchases and refunds were handled through the applicable store.
